A few years ago I had a vision when I say a vision it was more like a calling as such. This was not just a passing thought it filled my mind completely, at first annoyingly as it was so far removed from the reality of my circumstances and far above any wildest dreams. I had to write it all down and only told those I knew would smile like I was. The vision was of creating a community of a well-being centre infused with yoga, meditation, mindful eating and a Crystal & Spiritual shop. Not only did I need to provide these services, I also needed a space where people would be able to connect with one another to be able to share their unique gift, knowledge and spirit with each other.

 

Recently I was fortunate enough to be given the opportunity to make my vision a reality. Now Shakti Lounge will be providing even more of the Hand Picked Crystals and spiritual items as I was in the small shop I have managed for over 3 yrs. With so much more space we are offering:-  Events, Live Sales, 2 treatment rooms for a wider choice of alternative therapies such as Reflexology, Reiki or Crystal healing, Chakra balancing, Meditation and so much more even tarot readings, and a Coffee Bar how cool is that? (crazy thing is that was in My Vision). There were things I hadn't foreseen - like the Garden area, and Yoga Dharma they will be on the upper floor now with their amazing Yoga sessions & Teacher training. A tale of the inexplicable  ( or is it ?) The Universe works in mysterious ways, so I accepted and embraced my opportunity with gratitude. 

 

I realize not everybody will be able to visit our New spacious Essex next to high street Store. So we hope you will also feel a little bit of Shakti Magik on your visits to our new Online Store. In time we will be offering a unique enriched experience here too. And importantly I assure you also at Shakti Lounge its not just about high volume sales, we really care and for myself this is a vocation of real love for what I do, I know I was meant to share this with you. I'd really love if you're able to join us often to help this community grow. Happiness is a choice mine was a fascination with Crystals 10yrs ago ….

 

The whole concept of Shakti Lounge is to create “The Experience” as soon as you walk through the door, we hope you will sense the freedom to relax without judgement. Years back when my life was so incredibly different if a place like Shakti Lounge existed it would have felt like a safe haven for me. This is why it was so important on my journey for me to create and share this space for others to have a sacred place for healing and growth of all kinds. I would have been so thankful to be able to connect with people that are like minded and would have aided me in everything healing.

 

Mindfulness and finding that optimum Balance is fundamental to all of our emotional, spiritual and physical well-being. That said our health, affirmations etc. have a much better chance therefore of reaching our individual goals. All our services including online are offered within a Holistic Philosophy and we are able to guide those who need us to on available therapies and the range of self helpful items, advise which Crystals and minerals should help you, especially if you have a particular need. We aim to run events where you can enrich your knowledge. Where our Community will become your Community. And not to forget while browsing for Crystals and other Spiritual items you can relax at the coffee lounge for drinks cakes & CHAT
