 For your peace of mind we have set out our Store policy. As sale of goods requires a formal contract between the seller Shakti Lounge referred to also as us, we, our, and I, and yourself a potential purchaser of our displayed products and services. Before you become a valued customer by the act of visiting and browsing our website, you are consenting to our Store Policy so it is in your interest to read fully to understand what each of our responsibilities are within our hopefully enjoyable mutual experience. The formal jargon now. This page (together with the documents referred to on it) explains the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the goods or products (Products) and services (Services) listed on our online store to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any Products or Services. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products or Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
  
We only supply the Product and Services for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the product for any commercial,   business or re-sale purposes, and as such we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or  loss of business opportunity.

Please be aware:- Shakti Lounge has the advantage to have a lovely bricks and mortar large retail space in Essex. While we welcome all to visit us there if you can, so that you too are able to enjoy what we call The Experience where you can immerse yourselves in anything spiritual and healing, take refreshments and a healthy snack and just lounge.
 
However this means in theory a situation could arise where a Rare one off Crystal piece is sold simultaneous at our Essex shop at the very moment you checkout for the same item. We will endeavor to avoid any such disappointment as we fully understand the excitement of purchasing that special rare find. Although this has never happened in over 3 years, our expansion into larger retail space at the same time as upgrading online presence increases the chance. You can be assured we would feel your disappointment, so If it is something we can re order we will send images or arrange a live viewing for your approval before dispatch. If not we can only apologize for what would be an emotional loss so please be forewarned. Our aim always is to spread love light and contentment. 

Please note:- Our therapies should only be used complimentary to or subsequent to your doctors advice. Please make sure you or loved ones explore all means by your medical practitioner to investigate cause and treatment of symptoms. Cont....We do NOT advocate an Either Or approach our Holistic ideals encompass Conventional (Western) Medicine as a first port of call. We do NOT advocate we can cure ailments

Returns & Cancellations

 

 

While we make every effort to display images that depict true colours, we ask you to be aware that monitor and mobile screen colours may differ. Also screen backlighting can brighten natural colour, Each Crystal I have hand picked not only for their natural aesthetic  beauty, I am also drawn to shape, structure and form. It is only when your in the presence of the crystal the vibrational energy connects. We are very confident and know it would be an extremely rare occurrence that someone could not feel the love for its beauty and that with an open heart and mind and knowledge of its metaphysical properties. Sometimes we are drawn to a particular crystal and we don't know exactly why ( this could be a similar instinct as when pregnant cravings occur, perhaps we need that stone due to the mineral imbalance we have at that time, just a theory ) However we want you to be 100% satisfied with your crystal purchase from us and so we offer a 30 day no risk return policy, we will accept returns to arrive back with us within 30 days.  So please keep the original packaging for a full refund less postage. We advise to be sure of safe arrival a signed for insured by the same courier would be the best option as any loss on return would be at your own risk. Other items are covered by statutory rights should there be fault or damage you should notify us immediately of receiving your order and return within 14 days.

 

Cancellations

Or if you have made an error with your order and wish to cancel please make sure you notify us by email immediately if you have ordered in error to shaktilounge@icloud.com before we have dispatched preferably otherwise your postage cannot be refunded.  We would then expect to receive the item to arrive back with us no later than14 days after delivery. Any returns sent without prior notice cannot be accepted and this may incur costs to yourself. 
Please ensure you quote your Order Number, Name and Address and we will advise where and how to return your cancelled order.

 

You will receive a credit note when appropriate or full refund of all monies paid ( Excluding Postage cost.) unless the item is damaged in transit, we ask that you kindly provide visual evidence on opening, so as to allow us to contact the courier concerned. We take great care in the packaging of our products for delivery so would need to understand how the issue arose, and of course in that case we would refund all costs including postage. For any manufactured items such as Tarot cards etc. you of course are covered by statuary rights, but we would still ask that you kindly notify us prior to return for specific instruction. 

 

It is with regret if you simply change your mind with your crystal purchase, you will be required to cover the cost of returning the item. Products returned in perfect condition, carefully packaged in their original state, with all of their accessories if applicable, and without any modifications to their reference and serial numbers if applicable. We also ask they have their labels or tags intact, along with any stamps or marks required for resale. If all of the above conditions are met and the products returned to the address supplied on receipt of returns email it will be processed without delay

 we ask for your understanding our commitment will be to always try to make sure you are totally happy with your purchase.

Products should also be accompanied by a returns coupon or reference no. and be sent by recorded delivery (by the same secure delivery service), regardless of whether its the subject of a refund or not. It is with further regret we have to advise If a product is returned without prior written authorization from Shakti Lounge, please be aware it is our store policy, that it will be automatically sent back to the Customer at their expense.
