Dharma of Evolution- Since we last met in class Yoga Dharma has been in the process of undergoing its latest transformation, and as we have been around now for twenty years or so change is something we are accustomed to.

The last year and a half have been an unprecedented period, and has brought about much change for us all, which may be here for the foreseeable future.

NEW VENTURE

Yoga Dharma Southend is embracing this change with an exciting new venture on the ground floor and garden, with a new café, crystal shop and specialist treatment suites. Jade's " Shakti Lounge " Crystal & Coffee Shop with Zen Garden Opened on 9th July Hours (10am - 4pm closes Tuesdays ) it has been an amazing success why not  Join our Journey.

 

SOUTHEND’S PREMIER ALTERNATIVE CENTRE

The new shop will host workshops and training programmes in crystal therapy, reiki, meditation, tarot and much more. Set to become Southend’s premier centre for alternative therapies, vegan and vegetarian food, coffee and specialist workshops.

 

LIVE STUDIO CLASSES

Yoga classes will switch back to the first floor studio, which is also undergoing a refit with new facilities. We will begin to run live studio classes over the next few weeks, with some classes remaining online.

 

ONLINE & LIVE TRAINING

Around this change we have created online courses which have attracted an international audience and have proved to be highly successful. We are adding to this portfolio a full 200 hour online teacher training course, which will allow lots of flexibility to access our program as and when your time allows. Its now possible to train all the way up to 750 hours with our specialist online live courses in:

• 100 hour pranayama teacher training

• 100 hour level 2 pranayama course
